Delivery & Returns Policy

Dogside Delivery

Dogside will deliver your products via recorded delivery to arrive with you within 48 hours of placing your order. Your packages will need to be signed for. The costs of delivery are:

• £2.00 for goods up to £30.00 (i.e one Dogside Coat)
• £3.00 for goods over £30.00
• £5.00 for goods over £60.00
• £10.00 for goods over £100.00
• £25.00 for goods over £250.00

Dogside Return Policy

Items are only returnable if: (a) They are faulty. Or (b) If the garment size does not fit your dog.
They should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt: (i) In an unused condition. (ii) In their original packaging. (iii) With a note explaining the fault or the required sizing.

Dogside will then replace the product(s) and deliver these to you directly. Returned goods should be returned by recorded or registered post addressed to our warehouse (address below), as we cannot be held responsible for losses in the postal system.
